HSM Powerline SP 4040 V shredder baler combination
This compact combination of the FA 400.2 heavy duty document shredder and a vertical baling press is designed for the professional destruction of large quantities of documents, which are then compressed into bales of up to 35 kg.
The material feeding is convenient and takes place via the non-slip conveyor belt.
The removal trolley allows for the easy removal and disposal of the compact bales.
To ensure a consistently high cutting capacity, shredder baler combinations with cross cut have a manual oiler.
The induction-hardened, solid steel cutting rollers can easily cope with staples and paper clips and guarantee durability.
The powerful motor ensures a high cutting capacity and reliable continuous operation.
The shredded material which has been compressed into compact bales can be cleanly disposed of either in a box or a waste bag. These prevent particles from falling out and ensure clean handling.
It may be necessary to stop the machine immediately so we have equipped the device with an emergency off switch which, when activated, will do just this.
The powerful and energy efficient dust extractor HSM DE 4-100 in dust classification M ensures an optimal extraction due to the high air flow volume, thereby reducing dust emissions (accessory).
